ANNOUNCEMENTS:
THE DAILY GRIND IS OPENING ON MONDAY! We are looking forward to getting the cafe open for you this semester but we will need your help keeping it open. When coming to the cafe, make sure you are wearing a mask and it is being worn correctly. We are also going to ask you to leave the library once you have purchased your order. We are trying to keep large groups from gathering in the library and stopping the spreading COVID. Social distancing will also be enforced. Again, we are very excited to open but we will need your help to keep it open. Looking forward to seeing you next week!

CLUB INFORMATION:
JROTC - On Monday, January 24 we will be having our 1st meeting of the semester. We will meet from 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm in S206. We have many activities planned along with several military recruiters as our guests. Any student in District 201 is welcome at any time. Questions? COUNSELING CENTER NEWS:
If you are a junior who took the PSAT, your scores are available online. You must login to your College Board account at collegeboard.org to access your scores. Please note: your counselor does not have your College Board login or password information.
Happy New Year! We can't wait until you are back on campus.
In the meantime, here are some ideas for career exploration that you can do from home.
1. Access O*Net. In their tool My Next Move, you can access lots of information about different career paths including informational videos at the top of the career field. You can search careers by listing a specific career or in a general field of careers. Check it out!
2. Check out the College and Career Readiness website for more ideas!
LIBRARY NEWS:
LIBRARY PASSES Students request their passes through this link on the library website and must request the pass prior to 9:30 am. You will receive an email letting you know if your pass was approved or denied. Students will have to remain in the library for the entirety of the period to limit traffic. Like last year, this will allow us to safely control the amount of students in the library.
Study hall passes are limited to TWO per week
Library will be closed to passes during hours there are classes in the library.
Reading Rewards Raffle - Have you read a book this month that is on the RFL or Lincoln lists? Fill out your raffle ticket for your chance to win Daily Grind gift cards! Remember all entries are saved for our grand prize drawing in May. The more you read, the more chances you have to win!
